Staff is an employee of SOL, and SOL will be responsible for the professional conduct and indemnify you
We will conduct a comprehensive background check including personal, family, guarantor and past employer verification
We will conduct medical fitness and specific infectious diseases tests
The staff gets SOL staff ID Card and will have access to third-party loans, our Health Insurance Scheme, and SOL Multipurpose Cooperative Society
You will pay us the monthly salary of the staff in advance, and we pay the staff on the last workday of the month
We will replace the staff if the staff resigns within six months of employment
